The Diamond waterjet nozzle is made of stainless steel and diamond stone Upon. Diamond waterjet cutting nozzles, in relevant cases and under suitable conditions, a 15 to 20 times higher life time compared with sapphire nozzles, even at good cut quality. Accordingly they cause less changeovers and production has less times to be interrupted. Changeover time and laber cost can be safed extensive.

Generally every customized high pressure diamond water jet nozzle can be produced and shipped. A perfect drawing is required. Principal the MOQ can just be defined after studying the drawing.

On request, diamond waterjet nozzle can also be supplied with other hole diameters.
