Our diamond nozzles come exclusively from European production. They are painstakingly manufactured by hand and 100% inspected.

The nozzle is made of stainless steel and diamond stone Upon. Diamond waterjet cutting nozzles, in relevant cases and under suitable conditions, a 15 to 20 times higher life time compared with sapphire nozzles, even at good cut quality. Accordingly they cause less changeovers and production has less times to be interrupted. Changeover time and laber cost can be safed extensive.

Diamond type DDI-3 long life nozzles has the equivalent geometry and can replace the sapphire nozzles type 10.
